* Subscription fees, setup fees, and service charges are generally **non-refundable** once the service has been activated or delivered.
* If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within **7 days** of the transaction. We will review your request and, if approved, process the refund using the original payment method.
* Refunds will not be issued for service interruptions caused by third-party providers (including Meta or internet service providers), customer misconfiguration, or violations of our Terms & Conditions.
## Cancellation
* You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team.
* Cancellation will stop future renewals but will not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable law.
